Steven and I first met in 2014 on my first home buying research trip considering a move from New Jersey to Florida. He was wonderful to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with information on homes and the community. There was no pressure to make a decision immediately. I drove him crazy in regards to which floor plan and homesite was the best fit for me, and he was helpful with measuring the room dimensions to confirm my furniture would fit in the new home. We still keep in touch and I feel like he was my first friend in my new community, not just a person who sold me a house.
