Steven and I first met in 2014 on my first home buying research trip considering a move from New Jersey to Florida. He was wonderful to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with information on homes and the community. There was no pressure to make a decision immediately. I felt very comfortable working with Steven. In 2015 I returned to Florida and bombarded Steven with questions and the answers were forthcoming quickly. Upon leaving, I was pretty sure I'd be buying shortly. The purchasing process for me, although I can't say that for Steven. I drove him crazy in regards to which floor plan and homesite was the best fit for me, and he was helpful with measuring the room dimensions to confirm my furniture would fit in the new home. He remained calm and helpful throughout. Our relationship did not end there. Steven again helped again with questions that I had during the options selection process and his advice was invaluable. We still keep in touch and I feel like he was my first friend in my new community, not just a person who sold me a house.

In 2012 we decided to move to Valencia Lakes near Tampa, Florida and have a new home built. Steven Saltzberg was our sales representative and he was AMAZING to work with; very knowledgeable, super friendly, and no pressure to make any decisions. He kept us informed about the building process and sent us photos to New Jersey. We never regretted our move and Steven is one of the reasons we love our beautiful home.

I have known Steven for several years and he represented me on three of my home purchases (2 new construction homes and one resale home). He is an outstanding person and realtor with a great personality. Steven has always sold my homes quickly and gives 110 percent into the buying or selling of a home. He returns any calls you may give him very quickly and answers all your questions and concerns you may have. I give him an A+!

Steven is a great salesperson. He is very personable; he is not pushy and communicated what was happening during the entire home building process. He made it relatively easy to navigate through the process, ie., Choosing our floor plan, picking out a homesite, meeting the design team to choose our options, upgrades and many other decisions to make our dream come true. We bought a new spec home that was 2 months from being completed. My wife and I knew what we wanted, Steven was able to help us find the right home on our very first visit. We had the pleasure of meeting Steven Saltzberg in 2016 when we decided to look for homes in Florida. Steven went above and beyond to keep us updated weekly and send us photos of our new home while it was being built. When it came time for our walk through, Steven FaceTimed us for the walk through of our new home. If we had any questions, we were able to call Steve and he would get us the answers we needed. Steven was helpful since we were unable to be here during the building of our home since we lived in California at that time.
